The Ps3 has always had this my 1st 2 games were Ridge Racer 7 and Resistance and both had Cross game invite since launch.
Did you guys notice they never said anything about the install, which i have Tekken 6 and when it's installed load times are the same as the arcade. they are talking about raw speed without the install which doesn't matter because any1 that has a PS3 and Tekken 6 will install it for better load times. Tekken 6 only take about 4.3 gb. Nice story but in the end , Kotaku = fail.
Why get CoD when you got Killzone 2 and in 2 months MAG? Why settle for 8v8 online when you can have 16v16 and 128v128 with NO LAG. A 16 gb hdd is not worth $100 when the price has gone down so much you can get 8gb pro duo cards for low as $24. At that price youe can get 32 gb out of 4 8gb cards for $100. The only reason this is not DLC is the 360..... every 360 doesn't have a HDD. We don't know how big this is but i bet if it was PS3 only PS3 onwers would get it as DLC.

Most if not all PS3 game have the ablilty to invite someone to your game that you're playing. Anf yes you can invite them no matter what game they are playing. Resistance 2 8 player co-op owns over all, 3 classes, LV up system, new gear with new abilities and i almost forgot ZERO LAG. Gears of War 2 hoard..... 5 player co-op with no new gear, no abilites to unlock and lots of lag :)

What the Wii and 360 is using is also known as Dolby Pro Logic IIx, which is available on over 70% of AV receivers today. So if you were to have one of many receivers you can have this now on all your games even tho it's not true 7.1 or uncompres...
There is a hugh difference like the guy said IF you have a receiver that can handle these new formats. And for the record yes over 90% of PS3 games are in PCM uncompressed i didn't say they were in 7.1 there are also 5.1 pcm uncompressed and the difference is like stereo to surround that's how high of quality 5.1/7.1 PCM uncompressed audio is.
This is the same thing that Prototype is using, it takes a 5.1 DTS signal and convert it to 7.1 DTS signal. But the PS3 and Blu Ray players does REAL 7.1 uncompressed PCM,DTS HD and DDTrue HD. This is the real evolution of high quality sound. Not cheap old DVD 5.1 audio lol. But without Blu Ray for size and REAL HDMI 1.3 they all just fake sound. Heveanly Sword used 7.1 PCM uncompressed and the audio alone for that game was 10GB, not to mention that about 90% of PS3 games use these audio form...

I find this a joke seeing that last time i checked Heavanly Sword had 7.1 PCM audio and the audio alone took up 10 GB on the dics. So there's no way a 360 game could do it.

When you go to the JP PSN store you will see the date that stuff was added, some people just post to be posting. All this is old none of this was added on Dec 4. Most of this is from Nov and 1 thing is from Dec 2. People should read before posting.
What the International Edition is, is the Jap version with all updates and new content added.
